Users are only authorized to use the material on this website for personal and private purposes. Commercial use or activities that are unlawful are prohibited. The relationship between COMETAS and the USER will be governed by current Spanish law, and any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia.

7. DURATION AND TERMINATION
The provision of the Portal service and other products is, in principle, indefinite. However, COMETAS is authorized to terminate or suspend the provision of the Portal service and/or any of the products offered at any time, without prejudice to what has been stipulated in the corresponding General Conditions of Purchase. Where reasonably possible, COMETAS will give prior notice of the termination or suspension of online offerings of its catalog of parts, spares, and other related Products and Services.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Legal Notice, as well as the General Conditions of Purchase of the website, are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any disputes that may arise regarding their validity, execution, fulfillment, or resolution (in whole or in part), they are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia. This contract constitutes the complete and entire agreement between COMETAS and the user. The use of the Portal confers the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every provision included in this Legal Notice.

9. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Online Classes: There is no registration fee for online courses, whether group or private. The total payment for the selected class(es) must be made prior to registration to gain access to our educational materials and platforms.

Group Classes: Once payment has been made and the course has commenced, no refunds will be issued. However, an extension of the course start date (up to 6 months) may be considered in justified cases, reserving the spot in the chosen course.
If classes are missed due to illness or other valid reasons, a certificate must be presented to COMETAS to transfer the paid classes to a later schedule. In cases of absence without a valid certificate, the missed classes will not be transferred to subsequent periods.
Private Classes: Private classes must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance, allowing the student to reschedule the class. If the student fails to cancel the class 24 hours in advance, no refund will be issued, and the class will be forfeited.

Force Majeure: In the event that the organization must cancel a course/program for an individual student or group due to force majeure, the total amount paid will be refunded, and no management or financial costs will be charged to the students. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, infrastructure damage (floods, fires, or other accidents or natural disasters), the declaration of bankruptcy, the inability to offer adequate resources, etc. As an alternative to a refund, and where the case allows, the student may maintain their reservation with COMETAS for a period agreed upon by both parties.

Price Revisions: The prices of Group Programs are subject to possible variations due to currency fluctuations, increases in transportation rates, fuel costs, and applicable taxes and fees on the date our programs are issued. Outside the Eurozone, prices are calculated based on the exchange rate reflected in our tariffs. All prices include VAT. Significant price variations (considered as an increase of more than 15%) will be notified to the consumer, who may choose to cancel the purchase or accept the modification of the contract.
